Shipping Info
Merchandise will ship within 7 days of purchase.
For pre-orders and record purchases, shipping will be within 7 days of the release date.

Return Policy
We accept returns for up to 30 days after the shipping date. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the payment in full via PayPal.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then please return it to us, unused and ideally in the original packaging. DeepMatter will refund your money within 14 days. You will have to pay for the return shipment yourself.
If an item is returned to us due to being unclaimed by the buyer or due to an incorrect address being used, we will resend the package at the buyer’s cost.
